Frequently asked questions
Is my data safe, and what about GDPR?
Marta runs on servers in the EU. She handles personal data under a data processing agreement we sign with you before launch. Your e-mails and material are never used to train AI models. You grant access to mail and calendar through the official Google or Microsoft sign-in and can revoke it at any time.
What is a task, and what happens after 1,000 tasks?
A task is one e-mail with a draft reply, one meeting in the calendar or one customer conversation. As you approach the limit of 1,000 tasks a month we get in touch, and when you reach it we let you know and agree together on what comes next. If you hit the limit regularly, it is usually time for Marek.
What if Marta does not know the answer?
She does not make one up. She answers customers only from material you approved. When the answer is not there, she tells the customer and hands the conversation to the person you choose, with everything said so far.
Will Marta send anything on my behalf?
Not e-mails. She drafts a reply to each one, and the draft waits in your mailbox until you send or edit it. The only replies she sends herself are to customers on your website and in WhatsApp, and only from approved material.
Does Marta work in WhatsApp too?
Yes. We connect her to your company’s WhatsApp Business and to the chat on your website. In both she answers from the same approved material, and in both she can hand the conversation to a person.
How is Marta different from Marek?
Marta runs in the cloud for €149 a month, prepares drafts, reads one extra system and makes no phone calls. Marek is an AI employee on his own mini PC at your office: he gets things done himself, works with more systems, takes phone calls in the top package and can run on a local AI model, so your data never leaves the office. He costs from €500 a month, with setup from €1,500.
How does moving to Marek work?
Marek takes over the rules, material and tone of voice you set up for Marta, so you do not start from scratch. We deduct the last 3 paid months of Marta, at most €447, from Marek’s setup fee. Every month we also send you a report of what Marek would have handled himself, so you know when the move pays off.
How do I cancel Marta?
There is no commitment and no setup fee, so just write to us and Marta stops at the end of the paid month. We disconnect access to your mail and calendar and delete your material on request.
