Project Manager for IT Projects

We're looking for a project manager to run IT projects on a project basis — from brief to handover. You coordinate the team, the client and the timeline.
What you'll do
- Lead IT projects from brief to handover (websites, e-shops, CRM, custom development)
- Client communication – gathering requirements, reporting, sign-off on milestones
- Planning scope, schedule and team capacity (developers, designers)
- Tracking budget, deadlines and delivery quality
- Maintaining project documentation and tasks in a tool (ClickUp/Jira/Asana)
- Identifying and resolving risks and changes during the project
What we expect
- Experience managing digital or IT projects (web, e-commerce or software)
- Understanding of the development process – you get what developers and designers do
- Excellent organization, communication and results orientation
- Knowledge of agile approaches (Scrum/Kanban) is a plus
- Hands-on with project tools (ClickUp, Jira or Asana)
- Slovak or Czech; English is a plus
- Own business registration / self-employed (invoice-based collaboration)

The collaboration is project-based (invoice). The scope depends on the number of active projects and we can adapt it to your availability.

Yes, we work remote. In-person meetings in Bratislava are possible depending on the needs of a given project.

Websites, e-shops, CRM systems and custom software development, primarily for B2B clients.
